2006 SALES AWARDS HONOR COMPANY’S TOP PRODUCERS

Shelby Best, Joe Dency, Jim Heidelman, John Mullen and Nick Knievel received Volt Telecom Group’s highest sales honors at the 2006 Sales Awards Banquet, held January 15-16, 2007 in Anaheim, CA. Recognition included President’s Club and Salesperson
of the Year awards.

For the third consecutive year, Nick earned Salesperson of the Year. “He distinguishes himself as a high achiever through identifying potential business, bringing in new accounts and effectively communicating customer requirements,” said Chip Anderson, President, Volt Telecom Group.  “Nick is an effective communicator and team-player, and we are
proud to have him in this elite club of stellar performers.”

Jim, another three-peat winner, earned Top Performer status, which is awarded to the National Account Manager producing the most revenue. “Jim has a great understanding of our business and recognizes potential opportunities,” said Chip. “He is exemplifies an incredible attitude and diligent work ethic.”

Shelby, Joe, Jim, Nick and John were inducted into the 2006 President’s Club. National
Account Managers are evaluated on revenue generation as well as attitude, communication and relationship building. “Winners are expected to be selfstarters,
exemplify professionalism and display a strong work ethic,” said Chip. “We are fortunate to have such high achievers on our sales team.”

“I am proud of our national account team,” added Chip. “In 2005, we had 17 salespeople
compared to an average of 8.3 in 2006. The 2006 team supported 3,435 projects and produced almost the same amount of revenue as the 2005 team did with double
the headcount. These are the producers for the company.”
