– Turn-Key Automation Solutions to Telecommunications Industry

MONTREAL, Canada, April 5, 2005 —Simpler Networks, a technology leader driving the automation of copper distribution frames for local service providers, and Volt Telecommunications Group, Inc., a full-service provider of turnkey solutions to the telecommunications, cable and related industries, announced today that the two companies have signed a teaming agreement.

As part of the teaming agreement, Simpler Networks and Volt Telecom Group will work together on MDF automation opportunities whereby Simpler Networks will provide its automated distribution frame products and Volt Telecom Group will offer its full EF&I (engineering, furnishing & installation) services.
