John Blakely joined Volt Telecom Group in May 2009 as Vice President of Contracts and Procurement. John brings over 19 years of construction industry, contracts and law experience to our company. His primary responsibilities include the coordination, management and implementation of customer contracts, working with VIS risk management, legal and developing and implementing both contract and procurement processes aimed at business improvement.
