Jim has over 11 years with Volt Telecom Group and 22 years of industry experience in sales, marketing and business development.  In 1986, he started his telecommunications career as an Account Manager for Donnelly Yellow Pages.  He then spent 11 years as a Major Accounts Manager for MCI/WorldCom.  Throughout his career, he has served customers such as Altel, AT&T, Embarq, MCI, NEXTEL, SBC and Sprint.  Jim joined Volt Telecom Group in 1996 because he saw a major opportunity for growth for this company.  During his tenure here, Jim has received the Eagle Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement in 1998 and 2003, and simultaneously won Top Producer and President’s Club Award honors for the past four years.
