Telecom Group's Busines Systems Integration division
provides certified design, project
management and installation of all types of structured
cabling for voice, data, video and wireless, LANs,
WANs, as well as installation and programming of voice,
data and video electronics to a whole host of private and
public companies and institutions globally. Volt Telecom Group
also provides payphone services,
wireless site engineering, installation and turn-up, PBX design,
installation, programming and installation as well as dedicated
telecommunications technicians to client companies.
The Business Systems Integration
(BSI) Division, headed by John
Anastasia, (Biography)
is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. This division maintains
a Customer and Project Support (CAPS) team in Atlanta.
The following types of work are provided:
 In addition, the
Business Systems Integration Division has reoccurring global
contracts with several large Inter-Exchange Carriers (IECs)
and Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) in order
to provide customer premise installation and repair services
for local telephone services. Additionally, Volt Telecom
Group provides complete installation, maintenance and miscellaneous
support services for public telephones.
The scope of BSI
also includes being the sole source provider of fiber optic
based personnel systems. These comprehensive systems are
presently being engineered globally.
Business Systems
Integration customers are large national and international,
multi-location corporations, as well as small customers
that are expanding or moving, or simply re-evaluating their
present systems. Volt Telecom Group is your answer for structured
wiring and cabling engineering, installation and project
management needs.
A Customer and
Project Support Group (CAPS) in Atlanta, is capable of providing
"24 x 7 x 365" service, to include trouble reporting,
dispatching, help desk, customer billing, etc. Volt Telecom
Group has a fully equipped fleet of vans for field technicians.
In addition to the CAPS, we operate Regional Offices for
field activity.
