copper and coaxial systems, the negotiation and acquisition
of right-of-way, field surveys and feasibility studies,
CAD drafting, and a whole host of other services.
The Outside Plant
Engineering business unit is led by Chip
Anderson (Biography),
Sr. VP of Construction and Engineering. Joe
Libertucci (Biography)
is the Division Manager of Outside Plant Engineering in
the Eastern US and reports to Chip Anderson. The Eastern
operation is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida,
while Chip Anderson is located in Corona, CA.
