Title: Dispatch Administrator

Location: Irving, Texas - United States

Description: Volt Telecom Group is looking for someone to join their team as a Dispatch Administrator in Irving, Texas. This person will be responsible for handling dispatch calls and providing administrative back-up support.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass initial drug testing, background check and random drug testing
• One (1) plus years previous inbound call center experience -or-
• One (1) plus years previous customer service experience
• Excellent attendance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound customer service and organizational skills
• Proficient, attention to detail
• Professional disposition, appearance and able to deal with sensitive and confidential information
• Great phone etiquette
• Detail oreiented and good at multi-tasking
• Fast learner
• Type 40+ WPM
• Pay Rate:  DOE
