Premise Wiring

Volt Telecom Group’s Installation and Repair (I&R) technicians have the training and experience to terminate "drops" and provide the customer with dial tone directly from a fiber optic terminal.  We also have field technicians that install and repair using fiber optic terminals, which include, ONU placement, ONU card installation and set-up.  Non-collapsible fiber rings are also installed by Volt Telecom Group’s trained and experienced technicians.

Central Office

As a full-service EF&I supplier, Volt Telecom Group has extensive experience in the installation of all types of Central Office equipment, including Fiber Optic Terminals.  Finding a vendor that is familiar with equipment installation is important, but they must also be aware of the unique requirements of Fiber Optics.  The vendor must also test with an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR), fiber cable radius, routing specifications and network synchronization.  Because of the complexities with the new technology, Volt Telecom Group provides a safe solution.
