The installation and repair group is an extension of the local telephone company, providing installation and repair services from the central office, through the local cable network and up to and including inside wiring.  The Installation and Repair Department currently provides the following services globally:

• IXCs: Provide nationwide support from demarc extensions for Local Exchange Carrier’s (LEC) provided T-1 and 56KB circuits.
• LECs:  Provide nationwide support for LECs; full-time, emergency, trucks and tool and support for high-speed data installations.  These include DSL, ADSL and wireless data.
• CLECs:  Provide nationwide support for inside wire programs and customer dispatch.
