Volt Telecom Group performs over 20,000 installations a month for Cen-tral Office, DSL, Voice, Data, Inside Wire, VoIP and I&R (Installation & Repair) services for major telecom customers nationwide; and we provide coverage in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada. We manage installations for both small and large network infrastructure upgrades, cable infrastructure upgrades, phone system upgrades, equipment inventory and removal, network troubleshooting and repair, cable removal and phone system maintenance. We provide over 90 percent of the daily truck roll activity for installation and repair, DSL and inside wire services (ISW) in residential and commercial environments for two of the largest telecom carriers in the U.S.
Field Force
Volt Telecom Group’s Field Force works as an extension of your customer service team, providing installation and repair services from the central office through the local cable network and up to and including inside premises (business and residential) wiring for telephone and cable infrastructure.

Our technicians carry photo identification badges that include company name and a toll-free number for customer verification. As a professional workforce, they can wear customer-branded or Volt-Telecom-Group-branded uniforms when out in the field.
Scheduling Volt Telecom Group proposes using our proprietary Web-based tool to schedule and track dispatch activity. Our scheduling platform has an easy-to-use interface that allows customers to view the status of their installations remotely. Another screen provides extensive reporting options. Users can either view reports online or download them into Excel for further evaluation. |
