Volt Telecom Group performs enterprise-wide telephony management of multiple technical systems as well as administrative services in support of communications services, call center and VoIP for customers nationwide.  We coordinate installation scheduling, moves, adds and changes (MACs), manage trouble tickets and coordinate and oversee other vendors (subcontractors).  We perform new job engineering for moves or changes, including PBXs.  We also handle Telco carrier services, managing all voice circuits, POTS, ICT1s, IDs and vendor-client management. Our team provides on-site support for the services listed below:
