Training
Volt Telecom Group’s commitment to training has resulted in our industry's best quality and safety standards achievement – a major differentiator.
The cornerstone of our training philosophy is the sharing of best practices, both with our customers and throughout our nationwide organization. We proactively acquire equipment certifications, and once trained and certified, our trainers share their knowledge with in-house staff and contract employees through standardized ISO-documented training processes. As new technology is deployed, key personnel are sent for additional training through certified programs, becoming our resident experts.
Many of our technicians hold certifications from key major manufacturers and all follow ISO-certified installation standards set forth in our company handbook to ensure that all work quality and performance meets the expectations of our customers and their end users. Our RCDDs attend BICSI-approved training for Continuing Education Credits.
All of our employees undergo customer-specific training, both prior to and on-the-job, to ensure complete understanding of our customers’ products, procedures and processes.
DaVaR Apprentice Training
Volt Telecom Group is working with one of the nation’s largest communications holding company to upgrade its existing infrastructure within California. We are seeking splicers to be an integral part of this exciting new project, and will train apprentices internally to perform this type of work.
